When you first opened the website, did you click “Accept” on the cookie prompt? If not, please restart your browser and make sure to press “Accept” when it appears.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, feel free to email us the image directly. We’ll prepare an invoice for your review and approval.

For individual pre-orders of framed 3D artwork in sizes 8"x10" and 11"x14", shipping will occur within 3 business days. For larger 16"x20" frames, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. During December, our busiest season, please add 3 extra business days to the estimated shipping times.

For any undamaged product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original electronic receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the purchase. Atsaq Art accepts both defective and non-defective items for evaluation and processing. Exchanges are available for items of equal or similar value, and any price difference will be adjusted through partial refund or additional payment.

Individual orders typically ship on the second or third business day after purchase. For bulk orders exceeding three original 3-D Framed Artworks, shipment will occur approximately 4 to 6 business days following completion of production.

All shipments for original artwork are exclusively sent via USPS Priority Mail to destinations within the United States. Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, and shipping fees are calculated based on the USPS flat-rate schedule.

To ensure availability of all required shadow box frames and timely fulfillment, corporate or tribal award orders should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. This lead time allows us to secure necessary materials and production prior to your specified deadline.

Atsaq Art is constantly looking for lower priced printers, and sometimes two different printers may have the same item in their templates, but with different production cost.
