
1. Shipping and Fulfillment Policy
Handmade 3‑D Artwork
Handmade 3‑D pieces may be listed as “Preorder” due to limited frame stock. For current availability, customers may contact atsaq@atsaq.art.

Masks and figurines are premade and prepared for production; please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment of single‑item orders.
In‑Stock Items
Products available for immediate shipment will display the “Add to Cart” option. These items are processed and shipped without delay.
Printed Products
All printed artwork, apparel, and accessories are drop‑shipped directly from our printing partners located within the United States. Processing and shipping times may vary based on the production schedule of each partner facility.
Internationally Produced Items
Footwear and a limited selection of lightweight windbreakers are manufactured outside the United States. Production and transit times may differ from U.S.‑based items.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their shipment is released by the production partner or studio.
Multiple‑Item Orders
Orders containing items from different production sources (e.g., handmade pieces, printed products, footwear) may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Times
Shipping timelines depend on carrier availability, destination, and production schedules. Delays outside our control—such as weather, carrier disruptions, or supply limitations—may affect delivery times.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Atsaq Art accepts both defective and non‑defective items for evaluation and processing. To qualify for a return:

The product must be undamaged and in new condition.

All original accessories and packaging must be included.

A valid electronic receipt or gift receipt must accompany the return.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date the item was received.

Return Process
The return address is provided inside the original packaging. Once the returned item is received:

Please allow 7–14 days for refund processing.

No restocking fees are charged.
Exchanges
At the buyer’s request, exchanges are available for items of equal or similar value.

If the replacement item is lower in price, a partial refund will be issued.

If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Defective Items
When a valid claim is submitted for a defective product:

Atsaq Art will repair the defect or replace the item.

If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, the customer will receive a full refund upon prompt return of the product.
Shipping Responsibilities

Atsaq Art will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement items back to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment of the original product.
Handcrafted Artwork Considerations
Because each original 3‑D artwork is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or natural materials are normal and not considered defects.
