Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

For individual pre-orders of framed 3D artwork in sizes 8"x10" and 11"x14", shipping will occur within 3 business days. For larger 16"x20" frames, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. During December, our busiest season, please add 3 extra business days to the estimated shipping times.

For any undamaged product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original electronic receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the purchase. Atsaq Art accepts both defective and non-defective items for evaluation and processing. Exchanges are available for items of equal or similar value, and any price difference will be adjusted through partial refund or additional payment.
